Agreement
By creating a workspace or using Pathgrade you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Pathgrade provides software that reads transaction data, collects receipts, suggests coding and posts approved entries to your accounting system. Pathgrade has read-only access to bank data and never initiates payments.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of entries you approve, for keeping sign-in credentials secure, and for having the right to connect the bank, card and accounting accounts you link.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance based on active cards. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
